Key Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Perform basic vacation rental preventative maintenance
- Aid with minor repairs
- Keep records of all maintenance work performed
- Comply with all safety regulations

Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in preventative maintenance
- Understanding and utilizing timekeeping, communication, and task management phone apps
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
