Day‑To‑Day Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs inside and outside units (breakers, outlets, switches, disposals, ceiling fans, interior and exterior lighting).
• Carry out structural repairs including carpentry (door repairs/replacements), exterior repairs, tile work, and interior repairs (wall holes, door handle replacements).
• Execute interior and exterior painting, drywall and siding preparation, and staining/finishing of wood surfaces.
• Conduct plumbing repairs such as faucet, supply line, and toilet replacements.
• Complete all forms, work orders, and related paperwork promptly and professionally.
• Travel independently to job sites safely and on time; company vehicle provided for maintenance tasks across property locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Trade, technical, or vocational school education (preferred).
• At least one year of maintenance experience on residential property.
• Valid Texas driver’s license, clear motor vehicle record, and ability to be insured.

Pay

$20.00 per hour
