Property Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Leasing and managing leases for all in-store Meijer and Fresh Thyme properties
• Managing Meijer In-Store Real Estate Program
• Negotiating and finalizing lease/license agreements for all Meijer and Fresh Thyme locations
• Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with Meijer tenants and Store Leadership Teams
• Maintaining productive relationships with all Meijer tenants & Store Leadership Teams
• Marketing vacancies and managing Real Estate inventory levels to drive consistent revenue for the business
• Coincording with Lease Administration teams to ensure timely lease setup and manage AR functions
• Traveling to required market areas to identify and develop new potential tenant opportunities
• Coordinating with Meijer Properties Management Team to ensure tenants build-out in existing stores, decommissioning, maintenance, and new stores and remodels are done economically and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five (5) years experience in real estate related functions with at least three (3) years in retail real estate
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written and communicative skills
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and lead/influence client base
