Smoker Property Management LLC is hiring for a leasing agent/assistant property manager in a fast-paced property management company.
Responsibilities
- Create and post vacancy ads.
- Compile application information.
- Show vacant units to qualified applicants.
- Create and execute leases.
- Maintain and update rental listings.
- Assist in securing new business for the company.
Qualifications
- MUST have a valid PA Real Estate License.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills essential.
- Strong communication skills, by phone or email.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions and mileage reimbursement.
