About the role

Smoker Property Management LLC is hiring for a leasing agent/assistant property manager in a fast-paced property management company.

Responsibilities

• Create and post vacancy ads.
• Compile application information.
• Show vacant units to qualified applicants.
• Create and execute leases.
• Maintain and update rental listings.
• Assist in securing new business for the company.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid PA Real Estate License.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills essential.
• Strong communication skills, by phone or email.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.

Benefits

Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions and mileage reimbursement.
