Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers, all while working remotely
• No cold calling—Connect through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls with active insurance shoppers
• Sell reputable products from Allstate and its family of brands
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on the most complex 1st party homeowner losses of all severities
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Recommends process improvements

Pay

Compensation for this role is based on experience and qualifications, including a base salary range of $53,500 – $86,400 for Field Adjuster Cons I, $56,000 – $93,250 for Field Adjuster Cons II, and $65,600 – $111,550 for Field Adjuster Sr Cons I & II. Total compensation includes base salary and incentive pay.
