Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution
Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage
Develop estimates using CotalityGuide
Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes
Participation in catastrophe duty as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage
• Develop estimates using CotalityGuide
• Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes
• Participation in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty can be throughout the United States and can last up to 4 weeks.

Requirements

• Property claims handling experience
• Estimating platform experience (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.)
• Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
• Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs)

Qualifications

• Location & Travel: Candidates must be located in or near Irvine, CA area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed

Pay

The base salary range anticipated for this position is $60,000 - $95,000, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay.

Schedule

Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
