Property Director

About the role

Newbury Living is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Property Director to oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities. This high-impact role involves developing and executing strategies to increase occupancy, leasing performance, resident retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals, and delinquency
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions
• Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards
• Improve resident engagement and retention
• Balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management experience
• Prior regional or multi-site experience preferred
• Familiarity with the Denver metro apartment market
• Experience with RealPage and/or AppFolio software platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for leasing, resident retention, and team development

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income properties is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
