About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprenticeship Team Member to join our Learning & Development Journeys program. This role is designed for early-career individuals eager to grow within the leisure and property development industry while gaining hands-on experience and professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of leisure services across golf, adventure, and estates operations.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of apprenticeship programs, ensuring smooth onboarding and progression.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
• Monitor and report on apprentice progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Help maintain compliance with company policies, including sustainability, anti-slavery, and gender pay gap initiatives.

Requirements

• A passion for the leisure, golf, or property development industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A*-C/9-4, including Maths and English.
• Interest in pursuing an apprenticeship or early-careers development program.
