Property Damage Specialist

About the role

The Property Damage Specialist position in Wilshire Law Firm’s Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department offers an opportunity to assist clients in resolving their property damage claims. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience handling property damage claims and a thorough understanding of all aspects of PD.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding their PD claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding our client's PD claims.
• Set up car rentals for clients.
• Process total loss and/or repair claims.
• Review total loss evaluations.
• Complete understanding of loss of use.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Complete understanding of PD claims.
• Prior PD adjusting experience required.
• Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.

Pay

$25/hr-33/hr depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position based in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Oakland, Sacramento, Riverside, and Torrance.
