Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, guiding them through the property damage claim process of their case.
• Manage property damage claims, including collaborating with insurance adjusters, body shops, car rental, and related service providers.

Requirements

• Previous property damage experience in a personal injury (PI) firm.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases effectively.
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in documentation and communication.
• Proficiency in legal case management software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a high‑performance, energetic environment.
• Experience with loss of use and diminished value (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
