About the role
The Property Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration and coordination of facilities and property-related activities at YMCA of Greater Tulsa. This on-site role in Tulsa, OK includes assisting with property management tasks such as tracking maintenance requests, monitoring work orders, and ensuring facility standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist with property management tasks including tracking maintenance requests and monitoring work orders.
- Coordinate lease documentation and maintain property records.
- Support compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Support front-line staff with facility needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare reports and maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding property status and needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with staff, members, and vendors.
- Experience with Property Management and Lease Administration, including coordinating maintenance, tracking leases, and maintaining property records.
- Customer Service skills to provide responsive support to members, staff, and partners and to address facility-related concerns professionally.
- Administrative Assistance experience, including organizing documentation, scheduling, data entry, and basic report preparation.
- Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases); experience with property or facilities management systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in facilities, property coordination, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is beneficial.
