Responsibilities
Tenant Relations
- Organize tenant events and ensure seamless lease compliance.
- Manage communications, from move-in packages to recycling guidelines.
- Maintain tenant relations and educate tenants on safety protocols.
Vendor Relations
- Oversee vendor compliance, including janitorial and security staff.
- Manage contracts, coordinate bids, and track project timelines.
Insurance & Compliance
- Maintain vendor and tenant insurance records.
- Handle incident reporting and ensure timely renewals.
Property Management
- Conduct inspections, manage work orders, and track maintenance schedules.
- Oversee access systems and tenant violations.
Financial Operations
- Process invoices, resolve billing issues, and assist with budget preparation.
- Support tenant chargebacks and maintain lease files.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a commercial real estate / mixed-use environment.
- Project coordination experience; tenant/vendor management and scheduling.
- Contract development and processing experience.
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures, certificates of insurance, accounting fundamentals, and contract development.
- Able to maintain a strong customer service focus with both internal and external customers.
- Able to interact diplomatically with corporate and property staff and tenants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Attentiveness to detail, strong grammatical skills and proof-reading ability.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
