Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients to understand their property needs.
• Provide personalized property recommendations based on client requirements.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
• Create compelling property listings and market properties effectively.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters.
• Represent clients during negotiations and prepare offers.
• Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of transactions.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all property transactions.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Real Estate Property Consultant.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferable.
