About the role
The role involves leading property condition assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive property condition assessments to identify areas needing improvement.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and codes.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to implement necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure all assessments are documented and reported accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or facility maintenance.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with facility management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
