About the role

Responsible for leading property condition assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property condition assessments to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Work closely with facility management teams to implement necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure all assessments are documented and reported in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or facility maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
