Property Clean Out Technician

Specific Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Read and understand maps & directions.
• Work with a team.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Meet deadlines.
• Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and perform: Residential/commercial vacant property clean outs, Commercial grass cutting & snow removal, Property maintenance, Construction projects, Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.), Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required, Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Willing to train supporting team members (stewardship).
• Career minded mentality planning for future positions/ownership, not just looking for a job for today.
