Property Claims Director - West

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Property Claims Director to drive continuous improvement in process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. This role partners with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed Property Claims organization
• Drive financial and operational performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with claim policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop strategies to improve claim effectiveness and customer outcomes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of P&C claims leadership in Property, Casualty, Auto, or Liability with a focus on Property or Physical Damage
• 5+ years leading large, dispersed teams
• Proven success in operational performance and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, including loss costs

Pay

$167,500 – $229,750 annually
