We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - "Why USAA?" paragraph: mission, core values etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About USAA". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: maybe the paragraph "The Opportunity As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines..." That's description of role. Could be "About the role". - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet list (actually paragraphs). We need to convert to
  • list. - Requirements: "What You Have" bullet list (education, experience, etc). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: "What Sets You Apart" bullet list (preferred qualifications). Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe combine some skill statements? But we have skills listed in "What You Have" (Proficient negotiation, investigation...). Could be separate Skills section. However we already have Requirements and Qualifications; maybe we can put skills under Skills. - Benefits: The "Benefits:" paragraph. - Pay: The "Compensation range:" paragraph. - Schedule: Not explicitly given; there is mention of travel, on-call, etc but not schedule specifics. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule not stated explicitly; we have mention of mandatory on-call dates, potential evening, weekend, holiday work, but not a schedule like full-time, shift. Might be considered schedule info? It's about work hours. Could be considered Schedule. However they said only if posting actually states them. It does mention "may require travel... mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours." That's schedule-related. Could include Schedule section with that info. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". There's a phrase "Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of complex damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage". That's a phrase with "commensurate". Should we keep? It's part of responsibilities; we cannot remove because it's substantive? It's not filler; it's describing requirement. It's okay. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we need to strip: - "Why USAA?" heading? It's a heading but we can't use headings other than allowed; we can incorporate its content into About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. The "Why USAA?" paragraph is about company mission and values; could go under About the role (or maybe a separate "About USAA" but not allowed). So we put it under About the role. - "The Opportunity As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines..." That's also role description; could be part of About the role. - "What You'll Do": Responsibilities. - "What You Have": Requirements (maybe also Qualifications? but we have separate Qualifications for preferred). We'll treat "What You Have" as Requirements (mandatory). "What Sets You Apart" as Qualifications (preferred). - Skills: maybe we can extract skill statements from Requirements and Qualifications? But we already have those sections; maybe we don't need separate Skills if content covered. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we have separate headings list; we can include Skills if we have specific skill content not already covered. The "What You Have" includes "Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills." That's skill. Also "Proven investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills." That's also skill. Could be placed under Skills. But we already have Requirements covering experience, education, etc. Might be okay to have Skills section separate. But we need to avoid duplication. If we put skill statements in both Requirements and Skills, that duplicates. Better to put skill statements under Skills, and keep Requirements focused on education, experience, licenses. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can move them. Thus: - About the role: combine "Why USAA?" paragraph + "The Opportunity As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist..." paragraph. - Responsibilities: the bullet list from "What You'll Do". Need to convert each sentence into
  • . There are many sentences separated by periods. We'll need to split appropriately. - Requirements: mandatory: "High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.", "2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience of moderate complexity losses that includes writing estimates, involving dwelling and structural damages.", "Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.", "Proficient knowledge of residential construction.", "Proficient knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.", "Proven investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.", "Ability to travel 50-75% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.", "Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts." Also maybe "Ability to travel..." is schedule? but we keep. - Qualifications (preferred): "US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner", "5 years of prior field experience handling higher severity/complex losses (i.e. vandalism, malicious mischief, foreclosures, earth movement, collapse, liability, etc.)", "Prior experience adjusting property claims using virtual technologies", "Prior property field adjuster experience handling DWG, APS and ALE adjustments", "Industry designations such as AINS, CPCU, AIC, SCLA (or actively pursuing)", "Xactimate Level 1 and/or Level 2 certification", "Prior deployments in support of catastrophes", "Currently hold an active Adjuster License", "Currently reside within or have the ability to self-relocate to Las Cruces, NM". Also maybe "Physical Demand Requirements" could be under Requirements or a separate section? Not in allowed headings; maybe we can put under Requirements as well. But we have Physical Demand Requirements paragraph; we could include under Requirements as bullet items. - Skills: maybe we can extract skill statements: "Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills." and maybe "Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate..." but that's knowledge. Could be under Skills. However we already have knowledge in Requirements. Might be okay to have Skills separate for those skill statements. But we need to avoid duplication: If we put "Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills." under Skills, we should not also put it under Requirements. So we need to adjust Requirements to exclude that sentence. Similarly "Proven investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills." could go to Skills. Thus Requirements will contain education, experience, knowledge, licenses, travel ability, etc. Skills will contain negotiation, investigation, communication, conflict resolution, investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, problem-solving. Benefits: paragraph. Pay: compensation range paragraph. Schedule: we have mention of travel, on-call, evening, weekend, holiday work. Could be Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like "USAA does not provide visa sponsorship..." etc. That's legal/immigration info; should be removed as per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Visa sponsorship is legal; remove. Also "Please do not apply for this role if at any time (now or in the future) you will need immigration support..." remove. Also "Compensation: USAA has an effective process..." maybe keep? It's about compensation process; but we already have Pay section with range. The extra paragraph may be considered boilerplate? It's still about compensation; but could be considered part of Pay. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The paragraph about process is substantive? It's generic but still about compensation. Might keep as part of Pay section. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". That's okay. We also need to remove duplicated lines, application instructions like "Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis..." etc. Remove. Also remove EEO statement at end. Now craft HTML. We'll produce:
