What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)

• Review, manage, and negotiate property claims with insurance carriers on behalf of policyholders.
• Evaluate policies and claim documentation to ensure fair and accurate settlements.
• Work directly with the insured, field team, and legal partners to facilitate claim resolution.
• Use your carrier-side knowledge to navigate claim negotiations effectively.
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation for every claim you handle.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience as a carrier-side property adjuster.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims handling, and carrier processes.
• Negotiation and settlement expertise—you know how to present a claim effectively.
• Ability to work in a structured, team-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in claims software and digital documentation.
