We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove EEO statement at end. Also remove "Equal Employment Opportunity" etc. Also remove "Free Parking..." etc? Benefits section we need to include benefits if present. The posting includes benefits list. So we include Benefits section. Pay: The posting includes salary: "The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience." Also mentions compensation calculator. We should include Pay section only if specific content. It says salary starts at $53,222.00 but may be commensurate... That's specific enough? It gives a number. So include Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period etc. That's about schedule/hours. Could be considered schedule info. The posting says: "Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. About the role: There's "Role Overview" and "A Day In The Life". Could combine into About the role section. We'll put overview and day in the life as prose under About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "A Day In The Life" includes many responsibilities. We'll extract those as list items. Requirements: Might be "What You'll Need For Success" includes many ability statements. Could be Requirements or Skills. We'll separate: Requirements maybe education and experience? Qualifications: Bachelor's degree etc. Skills: abilities. We'll follow typical sections: Requirements (maybe minimal qualifications), Qualifications (education), Skills (abilities). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse: "What You'll Need For Success" includes many ability statements: willingness to travel, live onsite, on call, working knowledge, ability to hire..., ability to communicate..., working knowledge of construction methods..., ability to supervise equipment..., working knowledge of recreation management..., ability to work independently..., organizational skills..., ability to maintain confidentiality..., ability to delegate..., ability to give feedback..., etc. Then "A Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources, Fish & Wildlife Management, Forestry, Biology, Business Administration, Recreation, or a closely related field." Also "Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation." Also "Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports This role may provide direct supervision for one or more staff members." Thus we can put: - Requirements: maybe the supervisory responsibility? Not sure. Could treat "Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports" as Requirements? Or as Skills? Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications like education?), Qualifications (maybe degree?), Skills (abilities). But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine similar content into fewer sections. Perhaps we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education and abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. That seems reasonable. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" in Pay? Actually Pay section includes that phrase but also includes a number. It's okay. We must not include sections with only placeholder like "not specified". We have real content. Now we need to strip boilerplate: The initial paragraph about "Work for Indiana Begin a fulfilling career..." is generic marketing; we can keep as part of About the role? It's about the state overall, not specific to role. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the posting. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The opening marketing is not explicitly listed but could be considered generic. However it's substantive about the employer. Might keep as part of About the role. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that marketing text as part of About the role. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

A Day In The Life

maybe we should not have heading inside; we can just continue prose. But we can incorporate the day in the life as part of About the role or Responsibilities. Better to put responsibilities as list. Thus About the role: overview and department description. Then Responsibilities: list of duties from "A Day In The Life". We'll extract each sentence as list item. Let's list responsibilities: - Responsible for overseeing daily operations of a mid to large sized DNR property in the absence of and in coordination with the property manager. - Assist with planning, coordinating, implementing, and directing the natural resource management, cultural/historic resource management, fish & wildlife management, fish culture, and/or timber management practices and procedures. - Assist with the planning, coordinating, implementing, and directing public use activities on the property which may include hunting, wildlife viewing, camping, hiking, swimming, boating, biking, off-road vehicle driving, etc. - May direct, supervise, inspect, and monitor Inn maintenance, construction projects and repairs. - Assist in the development, implementation and tracking of a biennial budget and administrates operating, preventive maintenance and rehabilitation funds to facilitate operations under direction of the property manager. - Direct and monitor construction, maintenance and repair projects using both in-house, temporary and contract labor. - May be responsible for, upon receiving direction from the property manager, reporting, directing, monitoring, reconciling, and reporting revenue and fee collection(s), donations, change funds, resale accounts, etc. - May assist the property manager with operation of a camping program that might include multiple types of camping, campgrounds and / or many camp sites. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. - This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary. Some of these are more about schedule/exempt. But we can keep them in Responsibilities. Now Qualifications/Skills: We'll combine education and abilities into a single section maybe "Qualifications". But we need to avoid too thin. Let's make a section "Qualifications" containing education requirement and abilities list. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources, Fish & Wildlife Management, Forestry, Biology, Business Administration, Recreation, or a closely related field. Abilities list from "What You'll Need For Success": we need to keep each bullet. Let's extract them as list items: - Willing to travel with reasonable accommodation. - Required to live onsite when housing is available. - Required to be “on call” 24 hours a day. - Working knowledge of best practices in regards to resource management. - Ability to hire, direct, train, develop, motivate, discipline and evaluate a diverse range of employees with varying levels of skill to meet operational demands. - Ability to communicate effectively with superiors, staff, visitors, customers, media, special interest groups, vendors and other governmental agencies to promote department and division goals, satisfy needs of the organization, and to present a positive public image. - Working knowledge of current and historical construction methods, construction management and construction industry standards to include: excavating, aggregate, concrete, carpentry (framing through finish), electrical, plumbing, HVAC, code compliance and safety, etc. - Working knowledge and ability to supervise the operation, maintenance and repair of construction equipment, commercial mowing equipment, light trucks and sedans, power and hand tools. - Working knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles of recreation management, forestry, and fish & wildlife science to meet goals and objectives. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in directing property operations according to established guidelines. - Possess organizational skills in planning and coordinating a variety of projects simultaneously. - Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidential requests, especially when dealing with personnel issues. - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow. - Ability to effectively give feedback, provide guidance or corrective action, coach, and develop employee skillsets. - Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. - Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: This role may provide direct supervision for one or more staff members. We could also include that as part of qualifications. Now Benefits: list from "Benefits Of Employment With The State Of Indiana". We'll extract each bullet. - Three (3) medical plan options (including RX coverage) as well as vision and dental plans - Wellness Rewards Program: Complete wellness activities to earn gift card rewards - Health savings account, which includes bi-weekly state contribution - Deferred compensation 457(b) account (similar to 401(k) plan) with employer match - Two (2) fully-funded pension plan options - A robust, comprehensive program of leave policies covering a variety of employee needs, including but not limited to: - 150 hours of paid New Parent Leave and up to eight weeks of paid Childbirth Recovery Leave for eligible mothers - Up to 15 hours of paid community service leave - Combined 180 hours of paid
