Property & Asset Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Property & Asset Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee a portfolio of properties with a focus on operational performance, asset value, and tenant experience. You will partner closely with leasing, operations, finance, and field teams to drive revenue growth, control costs, and support strategic portfolio decisions. The position also requires hands-on leadership across property management functions, including compliance, team development, and market analysis. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $133,100 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement property and asset management strategies and objectives Oversee property operations, including lease management and tenant relations Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations while optimizing revenue and minimizing expenses Lead and manage a high-performing team of property managers and engineers Conduct property inspections and provide guidance on acquisitions and expansion projects Collaborate with teams to market and lease properties effectively Analyze market trends and performance data to drive improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in property asset management or a related field Strong knowledge of property management concepts and market trends Experience in marketing and leasing diverse property portfolios Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM software Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting capabilities Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid parental leave at full salary Generous paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
