Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as a peer coach to site managers and staff, including maintenance personnel, fostering best practices and skill development.
  • Track vacancies and oversee capital projects.
  • Address rent discrepancies and provide regular updates to the corporate team.
  • Train staff on new procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support operational excellence across all properties.

Requirements

  • Full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $22 – $27.
  • Requires affordable housing property management experience.
  • Must have fair housing training or certification.
  • Should understand compliance rules, laws, and processes.
  • Experience coaching peers or working in a leadership capacity is preferred.
  • Additional compliance certifications or knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or Rural Development regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned area using your own vehicle.

Pay

  • $22 – $27 per hour.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday.
  • Typical day starts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and ends between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on the needs of each site.
  • Direct travel to assigned properties without the need to report to a central office.
  • Rare on-call responses may be required for emergency situations.
