Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as a peer coach to site managers and staff, including maintenance personnel, fostering best practices and skill development.
- Track vacancies and oversee capital projects.
- Address rent discrepancies and provide regular updates to the corporate team.
- Train staff on new procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support operational excellence across all properties.
Requirements
- Full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $22 – $27.
- Requires affordable housing property management experience.
- Must have fair housing training or certification.
- Should understand compliance rules, laws, and processes.
- Experience coaching peers or working in a leadership capacity is preferred.
- Additional compliance certifications or knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or Rural Development regulations are preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned area using your own vehicle.

Pay
- $22 – $27 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday.
- Typical day starts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and ends between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on the needs of each site.
- Direct travel to assigned properties without the need to report to a central office.
- Rare on-call responses may be required for emergency situations.
