About the role
Responsible for managing property and payroll accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for property management and payroll processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Manage and reconcile property and payroll account ledgers.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Provide support to property managers and HR teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with property management software systems.
