Property Accounting Supervisor

About the role

Established, reputable real estate organization seeking an experienced Property Accounting Supervisor to join its growing finance team in Boston.

Responsibilities

• manage and review the work of staff
• review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages
• oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• ensure accuracy of tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and lease-related accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience within commercial real estate
• Retail commercial property accounting experience required
• Experience with Yardi or MRI software is required

Pay

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Schedule

Flexible hybrid schedule: 2 days in office
