Burlington, Ma. - Hybrid $130-150K + Bonus Job Description/Responsibilities Serve as the primary accounting liaison with third-party property management companies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and adherence to ownership reporting requirements.Coordinate annual audits and partnership tax compliance with external public accounting firms.Manage the accounting operations for a portfolio of retail shopping centersManage small team of real estate accountants Oversee tenant billings, percentage rent calculations, CAM reconciliations, real estate tax recoveries, and operating expense reconciliations.
