Property Accounting (Fixed Assets), Sr Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Partner with IT to improve ERP reporting and drive continuous improvements in processes post-implementation of Oracle Fusion
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for active and future development tickets to validate accuracy and functionality
• Complete special projects requiring analysis of financial information and knowledge of the business and property accounting
• Prepare and streamline various monthly property reconciliations utilizing automation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls
• Prepare monthly and annual depreciation forecasts and assist with lease forecasts, with focus on automation and efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with Real Estate Development & Construction to provide ad hoc analysis and improve processes, including optimizing PayApp processes
• Support Supply Chain and Facilities to improve Fixed Assets and Project Accounting processes
• Support external audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Support post-ERP stabilization efforts and ongoing process improvements across property accounting workflows

What You Bring To The Team

• Degree in Accounting
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with property accounting, fixed assets, or lease accounting strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle Fusion (Fixed Assets or Lease modules preferred)
• Experience in retail/hospitality or multi-location environments
• Proactive in using AI-powered analytics, Power BI, or similar tools to improve data analysis and automation
• Attention to detail and data quality control

• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to operate independently and effectively manage time and resources; able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
