Property Accounting & Financial Analyst

About the role

Responsible for managing all aspects of property accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for properties under management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Manage property budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors to prepare for audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property accounting or similar field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Experience with property management software.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

$70,000 - $80,000 annually.
