About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of property accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for properties under management.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Manage property budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors to prepare for audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property accounting or similar field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
