Responsibilities
- Filing 1099's
- Running reports for CPAs
- Posting journal entries
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5+ years of hands-on Property Accounting experience
- 2+ years CAM experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AppFolio)
- Highly organized
