Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle property AP and AR
- Prepare CAM reconciliations for multi-tenant properties
- Track, analyze, and reconcile tenant ledgers
- Post and process journal entries for month-end close
- Complete monthly credit card reconciliations
- Execute ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of Commercial Real Estate/Property Management Accounting experience required
