Propane Delivery Driver (CDL B) - Hiring Bonus

About the role
Come join our winning team as a Delivery Driver! This is a local route, home every night, Class B CDL position. Primary responsibilities include delivering propane, propane tanks, and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing first-in-class customer service.
- Deliver propane, propane tanks, and cylinders to residential and commercial sites
- Maintain and upkeep company and customer equipment
- Perform plant maintenance activities
- Work in outdoor weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid Class "A" or "B" Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or the ability to obtain requisite endorsements) without air brake restrictions
- A clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical card
- Ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in the English language
- Compliance with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Safety-conscious and customer service-oriented
- Ability to operate and maintain handheld tablets
- Inspect vehicle and notify supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance
- DOT Hazmat Training and Maintenance every three years
- Maintain compliance with all DOT requirements
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pull delivery hose
- Ability to bend, climb, reach, and rotate as needed
- Filling, loading, securing, and delivering propane cylinders or bulk propane

Pay
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 3 months of employment and achieving a minimum of a Class B License with Tanker and Hazardous Endorsements; an additional $2,000 after successfully completing 6 months of employment. Must be employed and in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
