Propagation Technician

About the role

The Technician - Cultivation Propagation reports directly to the Propagation Cultivation Manager and is responsible for supporting the health, quality, and productivity of cannabis plants during the propagation stage. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining mother plants, producing and caring for clones, supporting early plant development, and preparing plants for transfer to the next cultivation phase. The Technician - Cultivation Propagation performs daily plant care, monitoring, and sanitation activities to promote healthy growth while ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
