Prompt Care Physician in Peoria, Illinois
Overview
Busy urgent care practice seeks a Family, Urgent or Emergency Medicine physician to serve our well-established practice with a growing patient base in the Greater Peoria Metropolitan area. The practice currently sees patients at three (3) office locations in the surrounding area. Practice model includes a combination of twenty-three APP’s and one physician. Prompt care clinic hours are Mon-Friday, 8am – 8pm, with weekend and holiday rotations between the three office locations. A typical shift would be twelve hours, three times a week. There are also opportunities to work extra shifts for additional pay if desired.

Pay
Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $305,000-$325,000.Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
- Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
