Promotions & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

Samaritan's Purse is looking for a gifted and experienced Promotions & Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth and public awareness of the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) ministry brand. Join our team and help fulfill our mission of taking the good news of great joy to children around the world.

A day in the role starts with devotions and prayer for staff and volunteers serving globally. The Gospel is central to all we do.

Responsibilities

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Provide administrative support to the Promotions & Partnerships management team
• Coordinate and support OCC promotions at events and national conferences
• Maintain warehouse area and promotional materials for packing and unloading event shipments
• Communicate and collaborate with field staff and event volunteers for promotional activities
• Prepare and submit job requests to the Brand & Productions team
• Serve in a processing center for up to six weeks during the OCC processing season (November–December)
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluency in English (required)
• Willingness to travel 50–60 days annually, including required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries

Location: Boone, NC, United States. Full-time position.

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God (1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17).

• We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is expressed only within the context of marriage between one genetic male and one genetic female, as the foundation of family and society (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9).
• We believe human life is sacred from conception to natural end, and we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of others (Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10).
• We believe God creates each person as biological male or female, reflecting His image and design (Genesis 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9; Deuteronomy 22:5).
• We dedicate ourselves to prayer, service to the Lord, His authority over our lives, and the ministry of evangelism (Matthew 9:35-38, 22:37-39, 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:9-15, 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10; Colossians 2:6-10; 1 Peter 3:15).
