Promotions & Events Marketing Intern, Gourmet Dining / Keene State College

Position Summary

The Promotions & Events Marketing Intern will lead the planning and execution of engaging campus dining events that connect students with Keene State Dining. This position is perfect for students who enjoy organizing events, interacting with people, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cooking promotions and themed events.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and setup.
• Recruit student participation and encourage engagement.
• Cook giveaways, contests, and promotional activities.
• Cook with dining staff to ensure successful event execution.
• Evaluate event success through attendance and feedback.

Shared Marketing Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials for events.
• Aid in social media promotion before, during, and after events.
• Capture photos and videos for future marketing.
• Support student outreach and surveys.
• Serve as a Keene State Dining ambassador.

Qualifications

• Current Keene State College student.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students and promoting events.
• Creative, energetic, and dependable.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour.

Benefits

This is a paid intern position; however, it is not eligible for paid time off (PTO) or benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc. Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
