Job Summary The Promotional Planning Analyst I provides foundational operational support for the execution, tracking, and maintenance of omni-channel marketing promotions. Working under direct supervision, this entry-level role is primarily responsible for ensuring high data integrity through accurate system data entry, coordinating weekly ad production timelines, and supporting the administrative workflow for in-store and digital promotional campaigns. Job Responsibilities Participate in execution of accurate and efficient promotion activities including Signs & Tags, Ad planning and POS Promotion execution, Offer Management, Promotions Optimization and Vendor Relationship ManagementProvide promotional support activities for advertising materialsSupport end-to-end weekly ad production, ensuring accuracy of pricing, items, and creative Partner with Data Integrity, Pricing and Category Management Teams to ensure effective, cohesive representation of value proposition to our customersPartner with the Analytics team to leverage insights for traffic-driving, basket-building promotions Partner with appropriate teammates to evaluate promotional performance to inform future campaigns Monitor competition ad and promotional strategies, stay on top of customer trends and the changing needs and wants of customersUnderstands our brand and brings awareness to opportunities where there are not consistent brand messaging and positioning across all promotional channels Model company values in authentic and caring ways that support the brand promise and strengthen team collaborationPerform other duties and assignments as needed Requirements / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredExperience in Retail, Promo Planning, Pricing, Data Integrity, Merchandising, Procurement or related field preferredFunctional capability in all Microsoft applications; Excel skills a plusBasic knowledge of digital/interactive marketing channels and strategiesDemonstrate a growth mindset and actively foster a team culture of continuous learning, innovation, and calculated risk-takingGood communicator using both written and verbal communication skillsAbility to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of individuals doing business from inside and outside the Company Additional Information Applications will be received until a sufficient number of applications are received.
