Job Description
The Community Marketing Agent represents Travel + Leisure at SeaWorld and other high-traffic locations, including malls, theme parks, and local events such as festivals, trade shows, and conferences. In this sales-focused role, you engage guests as a brand ambassador, introduce the vacation ownership experience, and invite qualified prospects to attend award-winning vacation presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Travel and Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassador
- Engage prospective customers and incentivize them to attend sales preview tours
- Qualify guests based on company guidelines
- Schedule tour reservations and collect required deposits
What You'll Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required
- Ability to meet and maintain production standards
- Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a shared environment
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, general computer skills, and smart devices

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $19.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
