Promo and Merchandising Supervisor

About the role

Oversee the execution of in-store promotions and merchandising activities to ensure effective brand visibility, product availability, and sales performance. Supervise a team of merchandisers and promoters, coordinate with clients or sales teams, and ensure trade marketing initiatives are implemented according to company standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the performance of merchandisers and product promoters across assigned areas or stores
• Ensure proper product display, inventory levels, and compliance with merchandising guidelines
• Plan and implement promotional activities and product launches in coordination with the marketing and sales teams
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess execution quality and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness
• Coordinate with store management, clients, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

• At least college level or college graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in handling merchandisers
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle scheduling, reporting, documentation, and field coordination
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
