The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for executing operational, human resources, and administrative job tasks with unwavering excellence. This role involves managing a team of merchandisers via leadership, training, and communication tactics for operational excellence, ensuring effective product placement, optimizing inventory levels, and driving sales through strategic merchandising strategies. The position supports Garden Centers servicing stores in Liberty Lake, WA; Wenatchee, WA; Omak, WA; Moses Lake, WA; Spokane, WA; Coeur d'Alene, ID; Ponderay, ID; Lewiston, ID; and Moscow, ID. Additional responsibilities include providing hands‑on merchandising support by covering store visits in the absence of team members due to time off, vacancies, or unexpected call outs, and stepping in to maintain consistent execution and service levels across all assigned locations.
