PROJEKTMANAGER / PROJEKTLEITER (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute strategic, cross-departmental projects and special tasks on behalf of the executive board
• Create project and timeline plans, define milestones, and identify critical paths
• Estimate costs, set budget targets, and monitor budget compliance
• Ensure smooth and timely project implementation
• Provide regular reporting, track progress, monitor developments, and evaluate success
• Prepare, initiate, and facilitate decision-making processes, especially in cases of conflicting interests
• Accept and review project results, ensuring objectives and budget targets are met

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a similar role
• Solid expertise in project management and/or process management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiences
• Organizational talent, confident presentation skills, and strong facilitation abilities
• High problem-solving competence and negotiation skills
• Strong affinity for IT
