Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for software development projects—from initial proposal and requirements analysis through project planning, implementation, and successful go-live.
- Coordinate the team and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets to successfully deliver customer projects.
- Communicate effectively with both developers and customer IT leadership, making complex technical topics understandable for less tech-savvy audiences.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, either alongside the Technical Lead or independently.
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading agile software projects (Scrum or Kanban). Project management certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong technical understanding and (theoretical) knowledge in:
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and/or PHP)
- DevOps topics (containerization/Kubernetes, CI/CD, deployment processes, staging, etc.)
- Content management and portal systems
- Basic knowledge of SEO and accessibility is advantageous.
- Independent, structured, and meticulous work style.
- Ability to identify key factors for project success and set the right priorities.
- Strong communication skills, stress resilience, and reliability—with customers, the team, and leadership.
- Commitment to a positive team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to bring together diverse stakeholders and provide targeted advice.

Pay
The collective agreement sets a minimum salary range of €3,267 to €3,954 gross per month (classification ST1) for 38.5 hours per week. Market-compliant overpayment based on qualifications and experience is standard.
