We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro: "Bring your engineering expertise to work where it makes a difference every day! As an Electrical Projects Engineer, you'll support the planning, design, coordination, and execution of electric utility infrastructure projects that help deliver safe, reliable power to our customers. You’ll collaborate with engineers, operations teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop practical solutions, manage project scopes and schedules, and ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements. This position provides an exciting opportunity to gain utility engineering experience, contribute to a major generation expansion project, and make a meaningful and lasting impact. If you’re looking for meaningful work, opportunities to grow your career, and the chance to be part of a team that powers the community, this could be the opportunity for you. With fantastic benefits, competitive pay, and a strong commitment to work-life balance, you’ll have plenty of reasons to make this your next career move!" That's about the role. Then "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND COMPETENCIES" then list of duties. We need to extract duties/responsibilities. List: - Responsible for providing engineering support for local power generating facilities and thermal energy facilities for Lincoln Electric System (LES) and District Energy Corporation (DEC). - Project management execution for small to medium sized projects from project conception through completion, including defining the detailed project scope with necessary stakeholders and maintaining project budgets and schedules. - Also includes material selection, bid evaluations, supervision of contractors and consultants, preparation of feasibility studies, and creating specifications for associated equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. - Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. - Prepares engineering designs, work specifications, and reviews contracts, engineering standards, drawings, work orders, specifications, equipment submittals, and related approval documentation. - Monitors and coordinates the work of external consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers. - Performs electrical engineering analyses and studies related to the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B standards when assigned to electrical projects. - Provides engineering input regarding project planning, construction activities, equipment selection and availability, and associated outages for local power-generating and thermal-energy facilities. - Applies knowledge of programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, human-machine interfaces, industrial control systems and associated communication protocols, including Modbus, when assigned to electrical or controls projects. - Provides project-management and engineering support for local power-generating and thermal-energy facilities, which may require routine or regular reporting to assigned facilities. Then there is a list of competencies (Accountability, Communication, Initiative, Job Technical Skills, Project Management) each with description. Those could be considered Skills or Requirements? Probably Skills. Then "OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED" list: - Ability to apply mathematical, economic, and accounting practices. - Basic budgeting preparation skills. - Understanding of safety principles and practices. Then "REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE" with three levels: Engineer, Engineer III, Senior Engineer with salary ranges and requirements. Then "REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS": Valid driver’s license Then "LES BENEFITS - Click the link below to explore the outstanding benefits available to LES employees! LES.com/benefits-nonunion" We need to include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It mentions "fantastic benefits, competitive pay, and a strong commitment to work-life balance" earlier, and then a link to benefits. So we can include Benefits section with that info (maybe summarizing but must preserve all substantive info; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. We can include the statement: "fantastic benefits, competitive pay, and a strong commitment to work-life balance" and the link. That's substantive. Pay: The posting includes salary ranges for Engineer, Engineer III, Senior Engineer. So we have pay info. Should we include Pay section? Yes, because posting states them. Provide the ranges. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. Now sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe certifications/licenses?), Skills (competencies + other skills), Benefits, Pay. We need to decide mapping. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Thus: - About the role: intro paragraph(s). Good. - Responsibilities: list of essential duties (the bullet list). Should we include the competencies as part of Skills? Probably yes. - Requirements: maybe education/experience requirements? Could be "REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE". That is requirements. - Qualifications: maybe certificates/licenses? Could be "REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS". That is qualifications. - Skills: the competencies (Accountability, Communication, Initiative, Job Technical Skills, Project Management) plus OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED. - Benefits: the benefits statement and link. - Pay: the salary ranges. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact text? We can keep as is but maybe rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can keep them as is. We can copy the sentences. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing engineering support for local power generating facilities and thermal energy facilities for Lincoln Electric System (LES) and District Energy Corporation (DEC).
  • Project management execution for small to medium sized projects from project conception through completion, including defining the detailed project scope with necessary stakeholders and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
  • Also includes material selection, bid evaluations, supervision of contractors and consultants, preparation of feasibility studies, and creating specifications for associated equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Requirements

Engineer ($81,166 - $101,458) - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Engineer III ($93,342 - $116,678) - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution and at least three years of progressively responsible engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Senior Engineer ($107,342 - $134,178) - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution and at least six to ten years of progressively responsible engineering experience in area of assignment and a Professional Engineer License (PE). Or at least ten to fourteen years of progressively responsible engineering experience in area of assignment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

But note: The salary ranges are also pay info. We might separate Pay section. However the requirements section includes salary ranges; but we also need Pay section. The instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Pay info exists; we should include Pay section. The Requirements section should focus on education/experience without salary? But the posting includes salary ranges within the REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE block. We could keep them there, but then Pay section would be duplicate. Better to separate: Requirements: education/experience; Pay: salary ranges. However the posting lumps them together; we need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. If we split, we are not losing info, just reorganizing. That's allowed as long as we keep all info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Splitting is fine as long as we keep the same info. Thus we can have Requirements: education/experience details (without salary). Pay: salary ranges. Let's extract education/experience: - Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. - Engineer III: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution and at least three years of progressively responsible engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. - Senior Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution and at least six to ten years of progressively responsible engineering experience in area of assignment and a Professional Engineer License (PE). Or at least ten to fourteen years of progressively responsible engineering experience in area of assignment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. We'll keep that. Pay: Provide the ranges as given. Now Qualifications: certificates/licenses: Valid driver’s license. Skills: competencies list (Accountability, Communication, Initiative, Job Technical Skills, Project Management) plus other skills (Ability to apply mathematical, economic, and accounting practices; Basic budgeting preparation skills; Understanding of safety principles and practices.) We need to format as
  • for each. Benefits: "fantastic benefits, competitive pay, and a strong commitment to work-life
