About the role

In addition to our monthly retained service, we also support businesses on projects, for example:

• Urgent HR and employment law advice
• Restructures, TUPE transfers or the introduction of a promotion process
• Assisting and advising your existing HR team and managers with matters such as disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
• Assisting in carrying out investigations into employee issues enabling you to make the right decision as to how to proceed
• Provide HR cover during annual leave, or where there is just too much work to do
