About the role

We are looking for an all-round ICT engineer to join our partner Init3 ICT-specialisten. This role involves a broad range of ICT responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects.
• Ensure system security and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize ICT processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ICT engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational or higher education in ICT, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is advantageous.
