Who are you?

In this role, you are responsible for the financial planning and budget management of projects. You keep continuous oversight of progress and promptly signal any issues to ensure projects stay financially on track. You monitor working capital and actively contribute to improving the negotiated working position (OHW-finance).

• Analyze cost variances and provide advice on possible interventions to stay within financial constraints. Think about financial project risks, contractual issues, and potential changes in agreements.
• Analyze financial data and prepare periodic reports. Work closely with various internal departments and external partners to optimize administrative and reporting processes. This includes contributing to further digitalization and automation.

What do you bring?

We are looking for a professional with an accredited HBO education in a financial or business economics field. You have at least five years of experience as a (project) controller within a project organization, preferably in the infrastructure construction sector. Your experience with project administrations allows you to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports clearly to different stakeholders.

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly InfraWorks.
• Nearness to accuracy and responsibility for the quality of your work.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude that enables you to collaborate with colleagues and motivate them towards common goals.
• Ability to work independently but also feel comfortable in a team environment.
