About the role
The Project Worker/Floor Tech is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings. This role provides housekeeping and building services to ensure the efficient, clean, comfortable, and safe operation of all departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining all flooring in the facilities and operating floor maintenance equipment such as buffer, extractor, and scrubber. Additionally, this position involves waxing floors as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in all areas and buildings
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all departments
- Operate floor maintenance equipment, including buffer, extractor, and scrubber
- Wax floors as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, particularly with residents and team members
