Project Worker/Floor Tech - Oakmont

About the role

The Project Worker/Floor Tech is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings. This role provides housekeeping and building services to ensure the efficient, clean, comfortable, and safe operation of all departments. The incumbent must maintain all flooring in the facilities and have the knowledge and ability to operate floor maintenance equipment, including buffer, extractor, and scrubber. Additionally, they are required to wax floors as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings
• Provide housekeeping and building services to ensure efficient, clean, comfortable, and safe operations
• Maintain all flooring in the facilities
• Operate floor maintenance equipment, including buffer, extractor, and scrubber
• Wax floors as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to effectively interact with residents and team members

Pay

$15.50/hour - $17.50/hour; Depending on experience
