PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN - JANITORIAL - NIGHTS & WEEKENDS

Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

• Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning
• Strong attention to detail
• Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment
• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time
• Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have experience in working in large commercial facilities
• Must have experience in operating professional floor care equipment

Compensation

$22.00+ per hour based on experience

• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S.
