PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN - JANITORIAL - DAYS

About the role

This position is ideal for someone already working in the janitorial industry who is looking to earn extra income on available days off, or an experienced technician seeking flexible scheduling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting, and detail cleaning
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment
• Work standing up for long periods of time
• Work in large commercial facilities

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers
• Ability to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Experience in operating professional floor care equipment
• Must have own vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

$22.00+ per hour, based on experience
