Your impact The Project VDC/BIM Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the successful execution of digital delivery and BIM-related activities on assigned projects. This role works in partnership with the Project Manager, Design Manager, discipline leads, and Digital Delivery leadership to help ensure project-level digital delivery outcomes are achieved across quality, schedule, cost efficiency, risk management, and client requirements. The Project VDC/BIM Lead supports alignment between contractual obligations, client expectations, regional requirements, and digital delivery standards. The role provides project-level leadership for digital delivery planning, execution, coordination, quality assurance, information management, technology adoption, and handover requirements.
Responsibilities
- Define and confirm project digital delivery scope in alignment with contracts, proposals, execution plans, and client requirements
- Prepare, maintain, and execute project-specific Digital Delivery Plans, BIM Execution Plans, and related technical or execution plans
- Lead digital delivery kickoff activities and project mobilization
- Align digital delivery documentation with contractual requirements
- Obtain client agreement and signoff on digital delivery and BIM execution plans when required
- Lead day-to-day digital delivery and BIM execution across project disciplines
- Coordinate digital delivery workflows between project management, design teams, construction teams, sub
