Project Technician/ Full Time

About the Role

B&T Building Services is a growing, family-owned company that has operated for over 30 years, striving to treat every team member like part of the family. We have a Project Technician position available in Bradford, PA. The position is 5 days a week, 2nd shift. The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided. We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above.

Responsibilities

• Operates all floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready
• Ensures that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical
• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift
• Other duties may apply

Pay

Starting pay is $20 - $25 per hour, with weekly pay provided.

Schedule
